The Louisiana Health Care Alliance (LHCA) membership consists entirely of stakeholders whose focus is to develop and sustain a purchaser, payor and provider partnership that will improve the quality and value of health care in Louisiana.  The Louisiana Business Group on Health (LBGH) was formed as the "public policy" arm of LHCA in 1994.  The predominately employer-based LBGH is responsible for our new "10 Point Plan for Health Care Reform."

LHCA is the only unified voice representing employers solely on health care issues in Louisiana through both changes in public policy and market-based solutions.
